RigNet Named to Inc. 500 List of Fastest-growing
Private Companies
HOUSTON, TX - RigNet, Inc., a leading independent provider of remote communications and collaborative applications to the global oil and gas industry, announced today that it has been named to Inc. magazine's annual list of fastest-growing private companies in America with a 2009 ranking of 452.
The 2009 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2006 through 2008. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2008, and have at least $200,000 in revenue in 2006 and $2 million in 2008. RigNet's revenue grew 573.2% over the period to $89.4 million.
