Oslo Børs News Release on RigNet Filing

Houston, Texas, July 30, 2008 - Oslo Børs has received a request from RigNet Inc. Public Ltd. for admission to Oslo Børs, alternatively Oslo Axess.

The disclosure of information requirement set  out
in sections 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3 of the Securities
Trading Act, will apply from the time a request
for admission to trading on the stock exchange  has
been made.
