RigNet Is a Presenter, Exhibitor and Sponsor at the 2008 Offshore Communications Conference
RigNet will be a presenter and an exhibitor Nov. 4-6 at the 2008 Offshore Communications Conference in Houston. A conference sponsor, RigNet will showcase products that enhance productivity and crew welfare on offshore rigs at booth # 215.
During the Nov. 6 session, RigNet will present "Fully Converged Solutions for Crew Welfare and Productivity," offering communication tools and methods that will increase quality of life on board and improve operational efficiencies.
RigNet also will be part of a high-level roundtable meeting between key energy sector interests and offshore communications players collaborating on broadband oil and gas solutions in the Gulf of Mexico as members of the Gulf of Mexico Broadband Special Interest Group. RigNet was instrumental in getting the group together with its WiFi Hotspot and SCINS solutions.
