Video Engineer (12-R002)

Job Description

Will report to the Director of Global Engineering

  • Manage, configure and troubleshoot problems with Cisco/Tandberg codecs
  • The ability to manage video calls including initiating and stopping calls utilizing TMS software
  • The ability to push upgrades or remotely manage devices utilizing Cisco TMS
  • Strong customer service skills including, interfacing with C level executives and technology stakeholders
  • Enforce customer security policy via network configuration on video MCUs, endpoints, routers, switches
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco IP Video phones

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Over 5 years experience in the Video/Tele-presence Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Equivalent
  • Over 5 years experience working with Cisco (Tandberg) video infrastructure and endpoints
  • The ability to configure MCU, Gateways, VCS servers
  • CCNA Certifications is a plus
