Position Summary
Support global and regional sales teams, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software support, producing and distributing sales performance reports, sales incentive plan tracking and analysis, campaign lead distribution and tracking, event preparation and promotion, contract coordination and renewal discussion preparations, and customer survey support.
Provide general sales support for the global sales team and the VP-Sales & Business Development. Maintain and improve current sales processes for pipeline management, activity tracking, contract agreements, change orders, and customer support. Duties regularly include sales reporting, sales and territory analysis, commission reporting, sales target analysis, and general administrative and marketing related functions for the global sales team.
Key Job Duties
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales performance and forecast reports
- Provide ad-hoc sales performance reporting based on requirements of VP-Sales & Business Development
- Assist in developing and distributing sales targets for each member of the global sales team
- Provide and distribute consolidated sales commission report summaries for each member of the global sales team
- Work with internal departments to document and improve all sales processes from pipeline management to contracting and support
- Interface with Strategic Marketing and Finance to populate CRM with leads for key opportunities and customer contract renewals
- Create and manage campaign tracking reports to monitor sales performance for key Marketing and customer contract renewal campaigns
- Interface directly with the global sales team to provide support and training on the utilization of the CRM system
- Interface with potential CRM partners and providers to design and customize the CRM system to the requirements of the global sales team
- Support all documents and interfaces to CRM system including customer collateral, pricing guides, pricing process,
- Prepare marketing and or sales related mailings
- Plan and coordinate client events including preparation of facilities, meeting rooms, refreshments, presentations, and agenda
- Coordinate and consolidate customer surveys, criteria, collection, and summarization of data
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service or CRM disciplines
- Successful 2 year track record in sales or sales support in a business to business or business to government (preferred) environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and time management skills. Excellent telephone and customer interaction skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to "self motivate" in a fast paced, high growth environment, must have a competitive nature
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Perform duties with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy, superior attention to detail

- Well-versed with CRM software applications, excellent computer skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
