Job Title: Operations Manager - Norway, Denmark, Holland	Effective Date: December 15, 2011
Department: Area Manager	Reports to: Area Manager

Description:
Overall responsibility is to manage the operations of RigNet's services and infrastructure with the goal of providing market leading services.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate operational activities through interaction with customers, engineering, duty team, global NOC and global operations.

• Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures, processes and systems within the Company's global frameworks.

• Recruit, develop and manage a capable field engineer team, including safety and technical training/development.

• Ensure adequate spare parts are available in key locations to provide fast response to customer service calls. Organize repairs and inventory tracking of parts.

• Ensure that operational facilities are maintained and supported, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment for local employees.

• Conduct periodical operational review meetings with customers.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders related to operations, including service providers, equipment providers and contractors.

Reports to:

• Area Manager - Norway, Denmark and Holland (directly)
• Director of Global Operations (indirectly)

Field engineers/technicians
